We are a high-volume, patient-centered orthopedic outpatient clinic committed to delivering exceptional rehabilitative care. Our team of skilled professionals works collaboratively to help patients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced orthopedic outpatient team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, demonstrates strong clinical reasoning, and is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions using evidence‑based techniques.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Document patient progress accurately and timely in EMR systems.
Educate patients on injury prevention, post‑operative care, and home exercise programs.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
Mentor PT students or new staff as needed.
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage a full caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
