Local Contract CT Technologist
Apidel Technologies is seeking a local contract CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment (with possible extensions) at Jackson, Michigan. The role involves performing CT procedures under general supervision, cleaning rooms, administering IV contrast, and assisting radiologists with complex procedures.

Responsibilities
Prepare patients and explain examination procedures.
Review clinical data, obtain necessary medical history, and set up equipment.
Perform CT scans, administer IV contrast, and monitor patients for reactions.
Maintain supplies, keep rooms clean, and stock linens and related items.
Assist radiologists with complex sterile procedures such as biopsies.
Resolve image exceptions, record studies in RIS/PACS, and confirm image counts.
Follow radiation protection principles, use ALARA techniques, and shield patients.
Provide consistent team‑member standards: AIDET, open communication, positive attitude, innovation, respect for diversity.
Document all imaging procedures in the medical record and RIS/PACS.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and the advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or CT‑eligible.
BLS certification.
Must meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, including communication, ownership, understanding, motivation, sensitivity, excellence, teamwork, and respect.
Self‑directed, flexible, team‑orientated, open to learning, and respectful of diversity.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Work in a fixed unit hospital or ambulatory mobile unit.
Potential exposure to radiation and high‑voltage equipment.
Potential contact with contagious patients.
May lift or move equipment or patients exceeding 10 lb.
