Base pay range $50.93/hr - $77.57/hr
Hours:
PRN Days, 12 to 24 hours per month
Nursing Supervisor:
Promotes shared decision making through collaborative/consultative relationships with nursing administration, department leadership, general nursing staff and other department staff.

Education Associate's degree Nursing Req And
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref
Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req
Experience 5 Years Experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor) Req
3 Years Emergency and/or critical care nursing Pref
Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Req And
TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 Months Req
Skills Practices within the regulations of the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Proactive problem-solving skills, good interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills. Excellent prioritization skills.
