Where You Will Work We offer 17 private rooms for a vast variety of medical surgical patients. Noted for our cancer and orthopedic care, Aurora Medical Center Manitowoc County has received national recognition for best practices and quality care. Our typical patient population consists of post‑surgical patients, oncology, geriatrics, and orthopedics.
We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location Located along the shores of Lake Michigan, Aurora Medical Center – Manitowoc County features state‑of‑the‑art facilities and patient rooms with views of either the surrounding lake or gardens. Our cancer and cardiac care programs have received national recognition for their best practices and quality of care. You can also count on Aurora Health Center, located on the same campus, to offer convenient care in conjunction with the hospital. Specialists in a variety of fields see patients right next door to the hospital and offer in‑hospital consultations.
