This is a full-time, on-site Optician role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Optician will work directly with customers to assess eyewear needs, provide guidance on frame selection, and ensure optimal fit and comfort. Responsibilities include assisting with lens customization and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and professional expertise. This role will also require edging lenses in-house and performing final inspections to ensure accuracy and quality. Qualifications
Knowledge of optics and lens options Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities Close attention to detail and accuracy when working with prescriptions Experience with final inspection of eyewear and lens manufacturing preferred Previous optical retail experience ABO Certification required Benefits & Pay
