Responsibilities
Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment and evidence‑based practice.
Administer therapeutic modalities and assist patients with functional and activity goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including RN, PT/PTA, OT, and physician, to coordinate care.
Document patient progress and therapy interventions in the electronic health record per hospital policy.
Qualifications
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in a rehabilitation setting (inpatient PT/PTA).
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient‑centered care skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced inpatient environment.
