Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Long‑Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lawrenceville, VA. This is a part‑time, per diem position with day shift availability.
Pay Range Base pay: $29.00–$33.15 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable).

What You’ll Do
Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and state, federal, and local guidelines.
>Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
Assist with resident comfort and collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
Record and monitor vital signs and other clinical data.
Coach staff as necessary.
Requirements
Current LPN license in Virginia.
CPR/BLS certification (willingness to obtain).
Preferred previous LTC or SNF experience, new grads welcome.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
