Primarily looking for consistent weekend coverage, with opportunities for coverage during the week.

Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to their plan of care.
Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines.
Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs.

What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Active LPN license in Florida.
Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; home health experience is a plus.
IV certification preferred but not required.
Strong initiative and independent judgment.
