Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to patients plan of care

Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines

Serve as a patient advocate, communicating with physicians, clinical managers, and RNs

What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Active LPN license in Florida

Valid Florida drivers license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR

Minimum 1 year nursing experience required; Home Health experience is a plus

IV certification preferred

Strong initiative and independent judgement
