We are looking for a unique way to support your community and local businesses. R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Billings and surrounding areas in Montana. As a Critical Incident Responder, you will provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

$100 - $125 per hour

Requirements
Independently licensed in Montana (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist)
Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000
Willing to complete R3C’s DEM crisis response training or provide proof of approved CIR training
If you do not possess the required training, R3 is happy to provide it at no cost.
