Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - OR R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Salem and surrounding areas in Oregon. You will be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

We are looking to expand our Network of Consultants in your area who are bi‑lingual in Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali, and Korean.

Requirements:

Independently licensed in the state of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, NP‑PP or Psychologist)

Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health

Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000

Willing to complete R3C’s DEM crisis response training or provide proof of approved CIR training

Salary: $100 - $125
