Overview Capitol Lakes is a vibrant Continuing Care Retirement Community in downtown Madison, WI. We are seeking compassionate and experienced RN/LPN professionals to provide skilled nursing care for our rehabilitation residents.

Shifts Available

Full‑Time PM shift (2:00‑10:00 PM) – RN only, sign‑on bonus $2,500

Part‑Time NOC shift (10:00‑6:00 AM)

Part‑Time AM shift (Thursdays 6:00‑2:00 PM)

Responsibilities

Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Provide direct patient care and manage medical and emotional needs.

Document patient information accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Valid and current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.

New graduates are welcome.

Compensation RN wages start at $38.50/hr, LPN wages start at $28.00/hr, with DOE. Shift differentials: $1.00/hr for PM shift, $2.00/hr for NOC shift.
