PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Enhance Rehabilitation
Location: Waukegan, IL
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills; work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients’ progress.
Qualifications
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
Seniority Level : Entry level
