Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Language Pathologist
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients by implementing an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in an SNF setting.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
