Position Title
Orthopedic Spine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Full Time
Location MercyOne Genesis – Davenport, IA (Level III trauma center)
Responsibilities
Provide surgeon support in hospital, operating room, and clinic.
Collaborate with dedicated surgeons in a multi‑specialty medical group.
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $120,000–$136,000
Productivity and call pay
Recruitment incentive: up to $20,000

Additional surgical access at MercyOne Genesis ambulatory surgery center (planned Spring 2026)
Future hospital opening in Bettendorf
