We are looking for a full‑time, passionate Orthopedic Surgery, Spine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at MercyOne Genesis. Be part of a growing group committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, multi‑specialty environment.

Schedule:
Full time, on‑call as required
Location:
MercyOne Genesis, Davenport – Level III trauma center
Salary:
Base $120,000–$136,000 plus productivity incentive and call pay
Recruitment incentive:
$20,000 starting bonus
Key Responsibilities
Provide surgery support in hospital, operating room and clinic
