Northwell Health Base pay range: $51,830 – $79,300 per year. Job Description
Responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Observe, conduct, and document a thorough assessment of the patient’s medical status during the entire course of treatment. Perform assigned back‑office duties and rotate as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner. Perform all duties in accordance with practice policies and procedures. Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or of a Nursing Vocational or Nursing Technical school. Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed. Additional salary detail.
