Overview We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this full‑time role. RNs will provide and coordinate evidence‑based, patient‑centered care across the continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The position may involve symptom management, direct in‑clinic care, telehealth, and quality improvement initiatives.
This hybrid position offers 3 days remote work and 2 days in person.
Core Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends, holidays, or on‑call requirements.
Qualifications
Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license.
Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit.
Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
Awareness of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
Additional Information Administrative Triage RN position primarily based out of our Methodist Medical Plaza at Eagle Highlands. The role supports the clinic located on the Westside of Indianapolis as a virtual float, focusing on non‑patient‑facing education and injection administration for experienced RNs who collaborate with physicians to triage and manage medication and supply refills. Experience with prior authorizations, insurance, and pharmacy management is ideal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
