Concord Township, OH 44077 (Greater Cleveland area)
Assignment Length:
13 weeks (Start: January 12, 2026 – End: April 12, 2026)
Shift:
12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Schedule:
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Hours per Week:
36

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
RN Critical Care certification (CCRN) preferred
Ability to float to all inpatient units: ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg
Current immunizations and health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza, TB/PPD, Fit Test, Physical/Health Statement)
Completion of nursing skills checklists and competency exams
Valid Driver's License or State ID
Background check and drug screening required
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care nursing to patients in a 32-bed ICU/Stepdown unit
Manage patients with respiratory failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, COVID-19, TB, DKA, renal disorders, and other acute conditions
Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1-3 in ICU, 1:4-5 in Stepdown
Float to Stepdown and Med/Surg units as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document all nursing care activities and patient progress
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
