Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
Floating requirement to all inpatient areas including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units
Nurse to patient ratios: 1:4-6 for general units, 1:2-3 for ICU
Work in 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mixed unit
Care for patients with respiratory insufficiency and failure, endocrine disorders, electrolyte imbalances, stroke, cardiac arrest, sepsis, TB, DKA, and renal disorders
ICU patient ratio 1:1-3, Stepdown unit ratio 1:4-5
Float between two medical center locations as needed
Facility This medical center operates a comprehensive 32-bed ICU/Stepdown mixed unit providing critical care services for patients with complex medical conditions. The facility specializes in treating respiratory insufficiency, cardiac emergencies, neurological conditions, and various acute medical disorders.
