Hands‑on Clinical Onboarding Program
Responsibilities
Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise.
Partner with the Clinical Director to assess eligibility and suitability of clients.
Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and quality of life.
Deliver top‑notch nursing care.
Educate and advocate for patients and families.
Participate in call duties.
Qualifications
Current unencumbered RN license.
Minimum one year experience as an RN in a medical‑surgical/acute‑care setting; hospice experience preferred.
Computer proficiency, including EMR background.
Current CPR certification if required by state.
Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and dependable transportation.
Compensation $70,000 – $80,000 per year (average pay range). Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
