The Role Telum
is seeking
Expert Intelligence Targeting Analysts
to drive target development and all-source analytical production in support of intelligence collection, counter-terrorism (CT), and counter-proliferation missions. You will operate across the F3EAD targeting cycle—finding, fixing, finishing, exploiting, analyzing, and disseminating—to turn complex multi-INT data into precise, actionable targeting products for CONUS and deployed operations.
Responsibilities
Lead all-source target development and manage the end-to-end F3EAD targeting process.
Conduct HVI/network targeting, nodal analysis, and target characterization to support collection and effects.
Fuse multi-INT reporting to produce timely targeting packages, course of action recommendations, and finished intelligence products.
Prepare and deliver concise, mission-focused briefings to O-5/GS-14 audiences and senior decision-makers.
Supervise, mentor, and quality‑control analytic workstreams for subordinate analysts.
Integrate collection requirements with targeting objectives and recommend intelligence collection tasking.
Ensure compliance with legal, policy, and classification guidance in all analytic and targeting activities.
Required Qualifications
6+ years
as an all-source intelligence analyst in DoD or equivalent U.S. Government agencies, including
4+ years
at the operational level.
2+ years
of targeting experience within the
past 3 years .
Expert knowledge of contemporary all-source analytic techniques, methodologies, and tradecraft.
Advanced proficiency with modern all-source intelligence tools and analytic automation.
Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting intelligence briefings to
Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14
or higher.
Strong competence in HVI/network targeting methodology, nodal analysis, and practical application of
F3EAD .
Proven leadership in directing analytic teams and producing high-quality intelligence products.
Experience in
Counterterrorism (CT) ,
Regional Analysis , and
Geo-Political Analysis .
Active
TS
with
SCI eligibility
required at time of application.
Desired Skills
Recent SOF/USSOCOM or interagency targeting experience.
Familiarity with collection management processes and multi-INT integration.
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
