The Role Telum
is seeking
Expert Intelligence Analyst Trainers
to design, deliver, and refine training programs that prepare analysts across multiple intelligence disciplines—including All-Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, and OSINT—for real‑world operational environments. You’ll train individuals and small groups to employ custom analytical tools and advanced methodologies (including
F3EAD ) that drive high‑impact targeting and analysis.
This role combines instructional design with hands‑on intelligence expertise. You’ll develop and maintain programs of instruction (POIs), ensure alignment with community training requirements, and collaborate across the enterprise to identify and execute relevant training opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Conduct classroom and small‑group instruction across multiple intelligence disciplines, introducing advanced analytic tools and F3EAD applications.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials, POIs, and lesson plans for analytic systems and methodologies.
Assess trainee proficiency and adapt content to varying skill levels—from entry‑level analysts to senior intelligence professionals.
Lead training sessions on analytic automation, databases, and tools supporting operational and targeting analysis.
Coordinate and track completion of community training requirements.
Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging training needs and implement new courses or enhancements.
Prepare and deliver high‑level intelligence briefings for O‑5/GS‑14 audiences and above.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years
of experience in intelligence or intelligence operations within DoD or equivalent U.S. Government agencies, with
4+ years
at the operational level.
6+ years
of experience as an
All‑Source Intelligence Analyst
supporting DoD or equivalent agencies, including
4+ years
at the operational level.
Proven expertise in all‑source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, and emerging trends.
Expert‑level proficiency with the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools and databases.
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering intelligence training programs and briefings for senior audiences (O‑5/GS‑14+).
In‑depth experience training diverse intelligence professionals across All‑Source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Intel Exploitation, and OSINT disciplines.
Advanced knowledge of
HVI/network targeting ,
nodal analysis , and the
F3EAD
targeting process.
Strong background in
Regional Analysis ,
Geo‑Political Analysis ,
GEOINT/HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis , and
Collection Management .
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Active
TS
with
SCI eligibility
at time of application.
Desired Skills
Instructional design or formal teaching certification within the intelligence or DoD community.
Experience integrating custom or emerging analytic tools into training pipelines.
Familiarity with USSOCOM or SOF operational environments.
