About Us
Morgan Weisbrod LLP is one of Texas’s premier Social Security Disability law firms, proudly advocating for claimants for more than 45 years. Our attorneys are recognized leaders in the disability field—our alumni include two former NOSSCR Presidents and multiple Administrative Law Judges.
We are a firm that values thoughtful, hands‑on representation. From the first client meeting to federal court appeals, we are committed to delivering excellent legal advocacy and cultivating the next generation of leaders in disability law.
Why Work With Us At Morgan & Weisbrod, you’re not just handling files—you’re changing lives. Attorneys who thrive here tend to appreciate:
Mission‑Driven Work:
You’ll represent people at some of the most difficult moments in their lives and help them secure benefits that are often life‑sustaining.
Real Courtroom & Hearing Experience:
You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll quickly gain extensive experience in hearings, evidence development, and legal strategy.
Mentorship & Collaboration:
Senior attorneys and a former ALJ are actively involved in training and mentoring. Questions are encouraged, and collaboration is part of our daily practice.
Depth Over Volume:
While the caseload is active and busy, our focus is on strong, thoughtful advocacy—not “assembly‑line” representation.
Long‑Term Career Path:
Whether your interests lean toward hearings, appeals, or federal court work (or eventually VA disability law), there is room to grow and shape your practice.
Respect for Work–Life Balance:
We understand that good lawyers are also spouses, parents, friends, and community members. We aim to maintain a professional environment that supports a sustainable career.
