Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an

Inside Sales Support Representative

based out of our

Tinton Falls, NJ

office. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales team.

They will ensure accuracy in reporting daily sales activity, support bidding and quoting functions, and serve as a key liaison across internal departments including Dispatch, Billing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day

Manage daily sales activity, including reviewing and correcting transactions

Approve invoice and billing adjustments

Verify scale house orders while coordinating corrections with Dispatch.

Prepares and sends customer quotes, submits public material bids, processes awards

Applies contract and special pricing for State, Municipal, County and P.A.N.Y.N.J projects.

Handle requests for COIs and material submittals

Receives purchase orders and all tax‑exempt certificates while maintaining accurate records for contract pricing.

Coordinates registrations for industry events and conferences

Assists with mass distribution of annual pricing, maintains business certifications

Performs ongoing maintenance of quotes involving quantities and specialty materials.

About You

Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance

Positive, Team‑based attitude

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)

Good organizational skills.

Compensation $51,198 - $79,023
