As a
Senior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) , you help our customers get the most out of our products. If you enjoy working proactively, communicating effectively, and engaging with customers, we look forward to your application! The position is open immediately, we are searching for our Munich based office.
What can you expect?
Customer onboarding and support
– Guide customers through our platform and support them step by step in their projects
Building long-term customer relationships
– Foster sustainable and trust-based connections with customers
Specialization or variety – your choice
– Focus on specific industries or regions to become a specialist, or build a diverse and dynamic customer portfolio
Continuous development
– Take on new customers regularly to keep your work exciting and varied
What should you bring along?
Experience in Customer Success Management
– At least 2 years of professional experience in this field
Structured and independent working style
– You are organized and a true team player
Customer focus and strong communication skills
– You enjoy interacting with international business customers
Expertise in sustainability or compliance
– Experience in these areas is desirable
Technical affinity
– You have an interest in software/apps and ideally experience in software administration
Knowledge in procurement or supply chain management (a plus)
– Experience in these areas is beneficial
Strong communication skills
– Excellent German and English skills are required; an additional language is a plus
