As a BCBA at Northeast Arc you will supervise, mentor, and work closely with behavior therapists and families in home, community, center, and clinic settings. As a Behavior Therapist you will support children, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, using an evidence-based approach alongside BCBAs, Early Intervention staff, families, and caregivers. As a Residential Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential homes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. The Residential RN Case Manager supervises and assists with the coordination of all aspects of health care for the individuals served within our residential homes. Direct Support Professional - Middleton 6 Our Middleton 6 Home is looking for Direct Support Professionals to join its team! About Middleton 6 House:

Work in a home where you are always supported by a dedicated team and surrounded by six fabulous residents! Four of the folks at Middleton 6 use manual wheelchairs for mobility. While all the residents require hands-on care for their routines, their positive outlook and appreciation of what you do is demonstrated in many ways. You will be part of a team that helps residents participate in music therapy, horseback riding, dining out, and/or visiting with family. Be a part of a staff that has many years of experience and always strives to make a positive difference! Pay Rate: $23.50/hr.- $24.50 with MAP certification Vacancy: Wednesday 3 pm-11 pm, Thursday 3 pm-11 pm, Friday 3 pm-11 pm and Saturday 9 am-11 pm. (38 hours & 2 flex for staff meeting) Job Summary:

To provide quality living supports and be responsive to individuals living in residential programs or independently. Teach, support, and facilitate choices for people in their homes and within their communities. Major Responsibilities: Provide Direct Care and support the clinical and social needs of the individuals receiving services. Document accurately and thoroughly, including in Inter-Team Communication Logs, Health Records, Daily Data Books, Fire Drill Logs as outlined in Northeast Arc Policy and Procedures Facilitate meaningful community experiences for each individual that fosters skill acquisition, relationship building and independence. Provide hands‑on support at the home, including individualized supports in transferring, bathing and grooming, and following specific dining protocols and treatments. Administer medications according to Northeast Arc Policies and Procedures and MAPs Regulations. Support Drs appointments, ER and hospital visits and contact on‑call nursing appropriately. Maintain a safe work environment by following Universal Precautions, ensuring that emergency exits are clear and accessible at all times and maintaining staffing ratios as outlined in contracts with funding agencies and House Safety Plans. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required for most positions. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, stand for periods of time, bend, push wheelchairs, and provide physical intervention as necessary. High School Diploma is required.
