Job Description
We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Northeast Arc. For those who are not yet experienced or credentialed in these areas you should still apply – we offer PAID training.
Pay starting $18.00 an hour depending on experience and training
Additional hourly rate for applicants who have a satisfactory driver’s license and active CRMA
No experience, we will train!

Requirements
18 years or older
High‑school diploma or equivalent GED
Able to pass a criminal history background check
Current/valid Maine driver’s license (insurable)
Able to attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
Willing to travel and have reliable transportation
