Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sign‑On Bonus:
$5,000 (external candidates only)
Pay Range:
$29.50+ per hour. Shift differential of 10% for some or all hours on second shift and 15% on third shift. Eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results. Follow laboratory procedures and guidelines (CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA). Identify and correct problems affecting test performance.

Responsibilities
Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analyses, reporting, and records maintenance.
Maintain records to demonstrate proficiency testing samples are tested identically to patient specimens.
Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures.
Review and release test results.
Follow CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
Follow laboratory policies when test systems are out of acceptable performance levels.
Identify, correct problems affecting test performance, or notify senior technologist or supervisor immediately.
Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.
Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry strongly preferred.
Transcripts will be requested for review during the consideration process.
Work Experience
1 year clinical experience (high complexity testing) preferred.
Experience with LC‑MS or ICP‑MS strongly preferred.
Physical and Mental Requirements
May require lifting 1–10 pounds frequently; 11–25 pounds occasionally; 36–50 pounds seldom; >50 pounds without assistance.
Ability to stand and work at the bench for long periods.
Frequent walking and/or standing.
