$24.00–$36.00/hr
based on experience
Shift differentials available $1.50 for 2nd & $1.00 for 3rd

What You’ll Do: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Use lathes, grinders, welders, and hand tools to fabricate or repair parts
Follow all safety and food safety (USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP) standards
Keep records of work completed and issues identified
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Bring: High school diploma or GED
2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
Ability to read schematics and manuals
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and occasionally push/pull up to 100 lbs
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
Full-time, multiple shifts available (please indicate your availability)
May include weekends and holidays (5-day work week)
Work is performed in a fast‑paced food production setting with hot, cold, and humid conditions
Shift Options Available: 1st: 6:00AM-2:30PM 2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM 3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM
