Job Overview
Health and Beauty associates focus on two primary responsibilities: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
