We are seeking a Health & Beauty Team Leader to oversee customer service and merchandising at Walmart. The role focuses on quality customer interaction, creative merchandising, and team leadership within the Health & Beauty department.
Base Pay Range $20.00/hr – $33.00/hr
Additional Compensation Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid under specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
