Prairie Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care across its extended care facilities.
Pay Range Base pay: $32.00/hr – $36.00/hr (filtered). Bonuses and benefits available.

Qualifications
State nursing license required.
Ability to work every other weekend.
Compliance with state health care worker background check requirements.
Positive, compassionate interaction with residents and visitors.
Ability to perform varied care tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Understanding of confidentiality and nursing best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, energetic, professional, reliable.
Responsibilities
Direct day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
Complete required record‑keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
