Joint & Spine Center is a leading outpatient surgical facility focused on orthopedic spine and total joint care. With two well‑equipped operating rooms and a collaborative clinical environment our team delivers efficient patient‑centered care for individuals seeking high‑quality surgical treatment close to home. Location is in partnership with Compass Surgical Partners an ASC Management organization.
Role Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre‑op PACU and stepdown patient care. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.
PRN Hours During:
Monday‑Friday. No nights weekends holidays or call.
What You’ll Do
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings
Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery
Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients
Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols
Support patient education and post‑op instructions
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Current RN license (unencumbered)
Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)
Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork skills
Compensation The actual hourly rate offered will be based on experience, education and relevant background.
