Job Location: Outpatient Berlin - Berlin, NJ
Position Type: Full Time
Education Level: Graduate Degree
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year
Responsibilities Provide clinical assessment, counseling, and psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. Conduct evaluations, including mental status examinations and psychosocial histories, to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans using accepted diagnostic classifications (e.g., DSM). Deliver ongoing clinical social work and/or psychotherapeutic counseling to address mental health symptoms, psychosocial stressors, and relationship challenges. Engage in clinical consultation through case discussions, treatment planning, and client‑centered advocacy, collaborating with relevant individuals and entities to support therapeutic goals.
All services are completed under the supervision of a qualified supervisor in compliance with New Jersey Administrative Code Title 13, Chapters 34, 34C, and 44G.
Maintain contact with referring agencies and community resources. Maintain treatment records and complete documentation in a timely manner. Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served, assessing and interpreting data to identify and address each consumer’s needs.
Hours and Benefits Full time, some evenings required.

Education, Skills, & Experience
Master’s Degree in counseling field with at least one year of experience required
Licensed to practice therapy in New Jersey as a LAC/LSW/LPC/LCSW required
Actively working toward certification as CADC or licensure as an LCADC in New Jersey required
