Salary Range: $70,000 – $72,000
Responsibilities
Participate in on‑call rotation to provide remote clinical backup and supervision to Mobile Crisis Outreach Response Teams (MCORT).
Review and sign off on at least 20% of MCORT reports for quality assurance.
Manage and supervise direct care staff, including regular supervision, managing schedules, and addressing performance issues.
Provide immediate clinical backup and crisis de‑escalation support, maintaining a framework that prioritizes non‑law‑enforcement interventions.
Program Overview The 988 Program delivers 24/7 mobile community outreach services to adults in crisis. Staff dispatch in teams of two – a Crisis Response Specialist and a Peer Support Specialist – to conduct assessment, risk assessment, safety planning, linkage to services, and follow‑up care.
Hours Full time; some evening hours.

Education & Experience Must possess a Master’s Degree in a mental health related field and hold a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, etc.), plus at least two years of full‑time equivalent professional experience in a psychiatric setting.
Program Supervisor must have a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
