Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-time / Part-time
AristaCare Health Services is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting. The LPN will lead by example, assess resident care needs, and take appropriate action to provide high‑quality care to all residents.
Responsibilities
Medication supervision and health monitoring.
Assessment of physical and mental capacity.
Development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team and effective communication.
Qualifications
Current license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey.
Current CPR certification.
IV certification preferred.
Experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
Shift Options PT shift: 3:00 p‑11:00 p / 11:00 p‑7:00 a
FT shift: 11:00 p‑7:00 a
