RN Supervisor (Weekdays/Weekend)

AristaCare is seeking an
RN Supervisor
responsible for the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Shift Schedule Weekends: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Weekdays: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. / 7 a.m.
Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and facility policies.
Requirements
Minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility or other related health‑care setting.
At least 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
