Base Pay Range $113,178.00/yr - $124,230.00/yr
Responsibilities
Direct and review the work of nursing staff
Prepare and monitor staffing schedules
Develop daily staffing plans for nursing care
Ensure compliance with established standards of nursing care in accordance with state, federal, and accreditation agency requirements
Minimum Qualifications
License and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State
3 years of post‑licensure clinical nursing experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, addiction, or substance use disorders
Substitution: Bachelor’s degree in nursing = 1 year of post‑licensure experience; Master’s degree = 2 years of post‑licensure experience
Transfer or appointment options for within State Service employees as described
