Job Overview Riverside Custom Outdoors is seeking a dedicated, experienced Outdoor Living Construction Foreman to lead our field crew in creating stunning outdoor living spaces. Lead, train, and supervise a crew on landscape and hardscape construction projects
Install retaining walls, seating walls, paver patios, fire features, sod, and softscape elements
Plan daily operations, coordinate equipment/material needs, and ensure site readiness
Operate skid steers, mini‑excavators, trucks, and trailers safely and efficiently
Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety standards
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and leadership
Qualifications
5+ years of hardscape/pool construction experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a crew leader or foreman
Proficiency in installing pavers, retaining walls, landscapes, and fire/water features
Experience operating skid steers, mini‑excavators, trucks with trailers
Valid driver's license with clean driving record, CDL strongly preferred
Strong math and measuring skills
Preferred but not required: Experience with in‑ground pools, irrigation, masonry, wood structures
Preferred: Hardscape or horticulture‑related certifications
$30–$35/hour based on experience
