Job Overview Sota Landscaping is seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead field operations for residential and commercial outdoor projects. The Foreman will manage all aspects of hardscape installation including patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, and more—delivering top‑tier craftsmanship while running a crew and job site efficiently.

Responsibilities
Lead installation of patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, and other hardscape features
Read and interpret job packets and plans to execute projects accurately
Manage teams of 2-3 people
Coordinate daily site activities and workflow
Operate machinery (skid steers, mini‑excavators, etc.) and drive trucks/trailers
Monitor quality control and ensure safety procedures are followed
Communicate with leadership on job progress, needs, and challenges
Maintain a clean and organized worksite
Qualifications
3–5 years of hardscape experience (patios, walls, steps, etc.)
Proven experience leading small teams or crews
Strong project management and time management skills
Ability to read plans/job packets and work independently
Valid driver’s license required
Skilled in equipment and trailer operation
Positive, calm, and motivated attitude under pressure
High school diploma or GED preferred
