We are seeking a dedicated Neonatology Physician to provide comprehensive care to newborns in a busy hospital setting in Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities
Providing specialized medical care to neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
Conducting assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans for premature and ill newborns
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participating in family education and support regarding neonatal health
Maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to safety protocols
Skills Required
Board certification in Neonatology or Pediatric Critical Care
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion
