Responsibilities
Providing expert medical care to neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
Assessing and managing critically ill newborns and premature infants
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed
Participating in on-call rotations and emergency situations
