Program Therapist (Inpatient) – Full‑Time Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year. Sign‑On Retention Bonus: $5,000.
The Program Therapist performs social service functions to assist clients in meeting their bio‑psycho‑social needs and enables them to access therapeutic skills for optimal emotional health. Services include crisis intervention, individual therapy, family and group therapy, treatment and discharge planning, and case management of consumers’ internal and external support systems. The therapist is an integral member of the treatment team.

Full‑Time, 5 days per week

Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy.
Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge planning.
Perform case management of consumers internal and external support systems.
Document therapeutic sessions and progress notes.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in mental health or human services (required)
Minimum 2 years experience in a behavioral health facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills (preferred)
Strong clinical assessment skills, primarily with child/adolescent populations
LPC or LSW required; LCPC or LSW preferred; full licensure within 2 years (or qualification for Clinical Psychologist designation)
Proficiency in CBT, DBT, and other evidence‑based models
Time management and therapeutic documentation experience
