Role Description This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Therapist located in West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote (telehealth) work. The Therapist will provide individual and group psychotherapy services to adults in an outpatient setting, utilizing a wraparound model of care to support clients across multiple domains of need. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, coordinating care with internal and external providers, monitoring client progress, and completing timely and accurate clinical documentation. The Therapist will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated, trauma‑informed care.
Qualifications
Florida‑licensed or provisionally licensed therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Experience providing outpatient mental health and/or substance use treatment
Understanding of wraparound services and coordinated care models
Trauma‑informed clinical approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency with clinical documentation and EHR systems
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
MCAP or CAP certification (preferred / nice to have)
Experience facilitating group therapy is a plus
