Location: Marietta, Georgia (Onsite)
Job ID: 25-95632 | Pay Range: $33.00/hr – $59.00/hr

This is a full‑time opportunity with long‑term potential. Immediate need for a talented RN with acute care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized, evidence‑based patient care utilizing the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient‑centered goals are met.
Uphold clinical standards, system policies, and service excellence goals in a fast‑paced acute care environment.
Participate in shared governance and professional practice model initiatives.
Utilize technology effectively to support clinical care and documentation.
Respond decisively and respectfully to emergencies and changing patient conditions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
Current RN license in Georgia or eNLC Compact.
BLS certification (AHA).
Experience in direct patient care, preferably in an acute care setting.
Strong clinical, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school. BSN preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Proficiency with basic computer skills and clinical technology.
Strong analytical, evidence‑based practice, and critical thinking skills.
