Pay Range:

$33.00/hr – $59.00/hr .

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care as an OR Circulator

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation

Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the surgical procedure

Ensure proper surgical setup, supplies, equipment, and sterile field readiness

Advocate for patient safety and maintain adherence to surgical protocols

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary OR teams

Deliver patient- and family-centered communication and education

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Support quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance standards

Participate in professional development and shared governance activities

Team‑oriented perioperative environment

Requirements

Active RN license (State or Compact)

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)

Previous Operating Room Circulating experience required

Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and sterile technique

BLS required

Excellent critical thinking, clinical judgment, and decision‑making skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced surgical environment

Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills

Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire)

Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)

BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Minimum 2 years of direct patient care RN experience

Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)

Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast‑paced acute care environment
