Salary
$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr (base pay range)
Work Schedule & Benefits
7/7 rotation (day shift then night shift) with 12‑hour rotating shifts; must be able to work unscheduled overtime

Qualifications
3–7 years experience in an industrial laboratory; good laboratory practice skills
2+ years experience with Gas Chromatographs for hydrocarbon sampling and analysis (preferred)
2+ years experience with cooling tower/water treatment
Proficient PC skills: LIMS, SAP, Windows, MS Office
Strong commitment to HSE; trained in emergency response, First Aid, Incident reporting, Confined Space Entry, Breathing Apparatus, SDS, and HSE policy adherence
Effective written & verbal technical communication, organized record keeping, analytical problem solving, self‑starter motivation
Ability to accept instruction, follow operating procedures, troubleshoot, work under pressure in changing environment
Planning skills for OS and maintenance of laboratory and online gas chromatographs; knowledgeable SAP
Responsibilities
Obtain frequent samples and analyze LNG/Natural Gas at Stratton Ridge facilities; report results to Process Engineer/Gas Controller
Sample and analyze rainwater and process water; report to Regulatory Group; operate and maintain required instruments
Coordinate with Operations & Maintenance for non‑routine analysis and safety purposes
Responsible for laboratory analyses, sampling, record keeping, and reporting
Operate and maintain online and laboratory gas chromatographs and other meters
Analyze LNG and in‑process samples for inventory management and compliance
Obtain hydrocarbon and/or water samples; maintain product samples per customer agreements
Coordinate third‑party laboratory services; maintain detailed laboratory records (hard copy, LIMS, Content Server)
Participate in ISO and regulatory audits; monitor consumables inventory
Work with inspectors for product shipments; write or review laboratory procedures; maintain accurate analyses per LTAs & regulations
Coordinate laboratory waste pick up; analyze dew‑point readings; comply with safety, environmental, and health requirements; complete facility‑specific training as assigned
Attend safety meetings; assert Life‑Saving Rules; perform other duties as needed
Must drive vehicle to all client locations; must work rotating 12‑hour shift schedule; must obtain TWIC clearance
