The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a
School Based Clinical Manager
to join our School Based program. The School Based Clinical Manager is a key leader in the mental health program, partnering with school districts and community partners to close gaps in access to care. This position implements evidence‑based strategies in integrated school settings to build resiliency and strengthen social‑emotional skills for students facing significant challenges. The Clinical Manager oversees relationships with schools, provides clinical supervision to mental health providers, and leads prevention and outreach efforts with educational and child‑serving partners. This position develops programming across all tiers of school support and tracks outcomes to ensure impact within the community and the Buckeye Ranch continuum of care.

Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family therapy.
You have at least two years of relevant Clinician, Therapist, Social Worker, or Counselor experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
You have an active LISW‑S, LPCC‑S, or LIMFT‑S.
You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
