The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Community Based Sr. Clinical Manager to join our Community Based program. The Sr. Clinical Manager of Community Based provides supervision and clinical development for community-based supervisors to ensure the clinical development of direct care staff. Works in collaboration with other key managers across the agency to ensure access to care for clients, efficiency of staff providing services, compliance with regulatory bodies, and smooth collaboration between departments. This position also supervises a small number of direct care clinicians.

Qualifications Who You Are

You have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family therapy.

You have at least three years of relevant Clinician, Therapist, Social Worker, or Counselor experience. Supervisory experience preferred.

You have an active LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S.

You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
